For our European headquarters in Hamburg-Allermöhe we are looking for you with immediate effect as Process Manager (m/f/d) in Project Management.Your tasks
  • Process team organisation: You organise and plan the interdisciplinary process team to ensure their best possible deployment
  • Process analysis: You analyse the existing business processes together with the specialist departments to identify potential for improvement and increase quality
  • Communication and teamwork: You are in constant dialogue with the relevant specialist departments to ensure smooth collaboration
  • Documentation: You keep the process documentation up to date so that changes and updates can be tracked
Your profile
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, organisational development or a related field
  • You have initial experience in process management or in a comparable role
  • You are experienced in Business process modelling BPMN 2.0, and applying process analysis and optimisation methods such as Lean Six Sigma
  • Your profile is rounded off by strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team and the ability to develop creative solutions and motivate employees
