About the opportunity:
We are now looking for a Process Compliance & Outsourcing Controlling Officer who will focus on Regulatory Compliance and Outsourcing Controlling according to the company's Governance & Risk strategy.
You will get to be a part of a cross-functional team with a very broad impact, with visibility throughout the organization and a significant opportunity to take ownership.
The Process Compliance & Outsourcing Controlling Officer is also the Internal Audit Officer as interface to the Internal Audit as an outsourced function.
You contribute to the improvement of our processes and make sure that we are delivering great customer value on platforms that are reliable, secure and compliant.

We are working in hybrid mode, but you'll be able to choose from which office you would like to work : Berlin or Hamburg.
As a Process Compliance & Outsourcing Controlling Officer (f/m/div) you will:
- Carry out the necessary training and information events for finleap connect employees, at least on a yearly basis
- Advice the CFO in outsourcing controlling matters to support in improving finleap connect's G&R management & strategy
- Maintain an appropriate Outsourcing Controlling Policy including all other Organization Manual Documents.
- Execute finleap connect overall Risk Assessment including reporting on annual basis and monthly
- Define audit planning and agreeing on the audit plan
- Execute the audit plan ensure the reporting of audit results (findings and complaints) and respond to detected deficiencies
- Administer the organization manual and manage the scheduling the responsible authors and approvers
- Plan activities and decisions, if (material) outsourcing or not and (initiate) decision on engagement (conduct outsourcing risk assessment)
- Negotiate contracts regarding regulatory compliance requirements and inform BaFin/BuBa on material outsourcing
- Operate, monitor and control of (material) outsourcing and integrated Outsourcing Risk Reporting
- Terminate (material) outsourcing activities and execute Transition Planning & Exit Strategy
- As Change Manager support the CFO as well as the Managing Directors in fulfilling their duties towards the BaFin and the BuBa through the notification and reporting system (Anzeige
What will make you succeed?
- 5 years professional experience in the field
- Academic degree in law or business administration or comparable education
- Fluent English and German skill both verbal and written
- Very good communication skills and enthusiasm to work with intercultural teams
- Ability and willingness to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks
