Dein zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet
  • Unterstützung der Abteilung Corporate Legal in allen Fragen rund um das Zahlungsverkehrsrecht, Kapitalmarktrecht und Compliance
  • Beratung und Betreuung aller allgemeinen und transaktionsbezogenen Fragestellungen in oben genannten Bereichen
  • Analyse und Entwicklung rechtlicher Standards
  • Vertretung in Arbeits- und Fachkreisen
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei unterschiedlichen Projekten

Dein Profil
  • Juristische Ausbildung mit überdurchschnittlichen 1. und 2. Staatsexamen mit Schwerpunkt im Zahlungsverkehrsrecht- und Kapitalmarktrecht
  • Berufserfahrung, gerne in einer international bekannten Kanzlei, in der Rechtsabteilung eines Unternehmens oder in einem Kreditinstitut
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Souveränes Auftreten, Überzeugungsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Unbedingt verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift
