Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir für unseren Mandanten exklusiv zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Legal Counsel (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Sie haben erste Erfahrung als Legal Counsel / Syndikusanwalt / Justiziar / Juristischer Berater sammeln können, interessieren sich für Medien-/Lizenz- oder Urheberrecht und möchten für eine starke und internationale Marke tätig sein? Aufgaben:

  • Sie erstellen und prüfen die internationalen Lizenzvereinbarungen mit weltweit agierenden Kunden.
  • Vertragsmuster und Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen überarbeiten Sie eigenständig.
  • Als Teil des Teams sind Sie verantwortlich für Vertragsmanagement und erste/r Ansprechpartnerin für das Vertriebsteam bei rechtlichen Fragestellungen.
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit dem General Counsel zusammen, unterstützen ihn bei der Bearbeitung von Rechtsstreitigkeiten und vertreten ihn bei Abwesenheit.

Profil:

  • Sie verfügen über einen akademischen Abschluss in Rechtswissenschaften (Bachelor oder Master).
  • Sie weisen erste Berufserfahrung im Rechtsbereich auf, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Medienrecht oder Urheber-/Markenrecht.
  • Sie arbeiten strukturiert, analytisch und detailorientiert mit einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe.
  • Sie sprechen sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch (Wort und Schrift).
