YOUR ROLE AS Digital Transformation Engineer (M/F/D):

As a Digital Transformation Engineer, you will utilize systems engineering, UI/UX design, data science, cloud technologies, and project management to create, integrate, and maintain digital solutions that propel our manufacturing operations forward. Working within a multidisciplinary team that combines technical proficiency with a human-centered approach, you will push the boundaries of what is achievable in our industry. Whether it's developing CI/CD pipelines for ML models, constructing web applications, or automating workflows, you will be at the forefront of it all.

Rapid prototyping will be your playground as you bring our top-notch UI/UX designs to life, integrating innovative digital solutions into our manufacturing sites with a user-centric and agile mindset. You will gather and analyze data from diverse sources, deriving insights and constructing statistical and machine learning models to support our analytical pursuits. Job Qualifications:

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, etc.
• Practical experience in systems engineering, UI/UX design, data science, and cloud technologies. Familiarity with MS Power Platform, MS Azure/Databricks, and Git is advantageous
• Ability to craft user interface designs using tools like Sketch, InVision, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with front-end frameworks and rapid prototyping is a bonus
• Understanding of DevOps principles, encompassing continuous integration, delivery, and infrastructure automation
• Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines, as well as developing, deploying, and maintaining ML models
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively translate technical concepts into business language. Strong presentation skills and fluency in English are essential. Proficiency in German is a plus
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles. Experience in project management and meeting set deadlines
• Inquisitive and adaptable mindset with a willingness to explore and learn about new fields related to manufacturing operations
