Your Tasks

Gesunde und schöne Haut ist nicht nur unser Spezialgebiet – sie ist unsere Leidenschaft. Seit über 100 Jahren ist Eucerin wegweisend in medizinischer Hautforschung und genießt weltweit das Vertrauen von Dermatolog*Innen, Apotheker*Innen und Patient*Innen. Werde Teil unseres dynamischen Medical Science & Channel Management Teams in unserem globalen Headquarter in Hamburg und begleite uns als Medical Manager für die DACH Region in eine innovative Zukunft.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung des DOL Managements unter Berücksichtigung des Wettbewerbsumfelds sowie operative Umsetzung der DOL-Kooperationen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing/Digital.
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer medizinischen Strategie für die zu verantwortende Indikation mit dem Ziel der Empfehlungssteigerung durch die Zielgruppe Arzt.
  • Beurteilung von dermatologischen Studien und Ableitung eines Vermarktungskonzepts
  • Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung etablierter und Entwicklung neuer Taktiken in der Omnichannel Ansprache der Zielgruppen
  • Steuerung der digitalen Arztansprache mittels CRM Marketing Cloud
  • Durchführung der Prozesse und Aktivierungen für das Direktgeschäft zu Kosmetikinstituten
  • Kontinuierliche Wettbewerbsbeobachtung und Analyse
  • Besuch von Fachkongressen
  • Vorstellung und Präsentation der Besprechungsinhalte auf Tagungen
  • Cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit in unterschiedlichen Teams (z.B. mit Marketing, Vertrieb und Internationales Medical Management)
  • Budgetplanung und –Aussteuerung auf Basis der strategischen Jahresplanung
Your Profile
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Naturwissenschaften, Pharmazie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Marketing und Vertrieb
  • Berufserfahrung im medizinischen Umfeld (z.B. medizinischer Vertrieb oder Erfahrung im Medical Marketing) ist wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse auf dem Gebiet der medizinischen Omnichannel-Vermarktung und des DOL Managements sind von Vorteil
  • Hohe Teamorientierung und starke Eigenmotivation
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenz
  • Interesse an digitalen Trends, neuen Informationstechnologien und Innovationen
  • Erfahrung im eigenverantwortlichen Projektmanagement
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
