Client Delivery Consultant (m/w/d) OTC

  • You will become part of a dynamic and international team that serves both large and small clients
  • Your main task is to automate templates of various documents in our software solutions in line with customer requirements to deliver successful outcomes

Your responsibilities:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the product spectrum of national and international banks, based on your existing experience, as well as through your team and our training
  • Understand the capital market IT and business processes of our clients to deploy effective digitalization solutions
  • Actively support our clients in the implementation and use of our software solutions
  • Develop and automate transaction documents for the structured OTC and investment products of our clients
  • Implement new regulatory requirements in the banking sector


Your entry ticket:

  • Background in (business) informatics, business administration, (business) mathematics, or natural sciences
  • One to two years of relevant work experience is advantageous
  • Preferably, initial experience in the financial sector (including as a trainee, e.g., bank clerk) or a strong interest in financial markets and products
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Quick comprehension as well as pronounced analytical and conceptual skills
  • Flexible thinking and acting, as well as openness to new and unexpected challenges
  • Knowledge of XML and JavaScript is advantageous
  • Very good knowledge of English and ideally German
  • And last but not least... a good sense of humor
