Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine:n Workplace Health & Safety Manager (m/w/d) in unbefristeter Festanstellung für unsere Last Mile Business Sparte in der Region Bielefeld, Paderborn, Unna, Wenden, Aachen, Wuppertal. Bei dieser Stelle betreust du den Arbeitsschutz für unsere Logistikteams für mehrere Standorte in der Region. Geschäftsreisen zu diesen Standorten machen etwa 50-70% deiner Zeit aus.
Wir suchen nach innovativen, praxisorientierten Talenten, die sich für das Thema Arbeitssicherheit begeistern. Wir erwarten, dass auch du die Kundenorientierung in den Mittelpunkt stellst und diesen Grundsatz in deiner alltäglichen Arbeit umsetzt.
Du musst in der Lage sein, Verbesserungen im Bereich Arbeitsschutz zu identifizieren, zu koordinieren, voranzutreiben und diese gleichzeitig im Dialog mit anderen Abteilungen umsetzen. Du berichtest direkt an den Workplace Health & Safety Regionalleiter.
Key job responsibilities
Deine Aufgaben als WHS Manager:
- Unterstützung der Standortleiter bei den Aufgaben nach §6 Arbeitssicherheitsgesetz.
- Durchführung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen.
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Sicherheits- und Gesundheitskonzepten.
- Erstellung von Betriebsanweisungen und unterstützenden Schulungsunterlagen.
- Beratung der Mitarbeiter und des Managements im Umfeld des Arbeitsschutzes.
- Umsetzung gesetzlicher und interner -Anforderungen im Bereich Arbeitsschutz.
- Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen Logistikteams sowie verschiedenen Support Funktionen (HR, Engineering, Facilities).
- Diese Rolle umfasst die sicherheitstechnische Betreuung der folgenden Standorte: Bielefeld, Paderborn, Aachen, Wenden, Unna, Wuppertal
Basic Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder gleichwertige Erfahrung.
- Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit gemäß §6 ASiG oder Äquivalent.
- Erste Erfahrungen im Arbeitsschutz sowie Personalführung
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Sorgfältige, selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
- Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
- Idealerweise verfügst Du über weitere Qualifikationen wie, Abfallbeauftragter, Brandschutzbeauftragter, Managementsystembeauftragter etc.
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit OSHA von Vorteil.
- Erste Erfahrungen in der Führung von Projektteams.
- Aufgeschlossenheit und schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
- Konfliktfähigkeit und engagiertes Auftreten vor dem Management und den Mitarbeitern, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
