Personal Assistant to Director Of Brand Partnerships

This is an opportunity to join a growing agency with a cohort of global artists. Music is at the heart of what we do, we connect our musicians with great brands to make authentic and long lasting collaborations. We are looking for a hungry individual to join us as an integral part of the team.
The ideal candidate would be able to work alongside the director, sometimes in high pressured environments, as well as remotely, so must have initiative and self-discipline to also work independently. The ideal candidate will have a professional manner and strong communication skills. You'll work closely with the Company Director to manage their diary and answer emails, and provide general support 4-5 days a week. This is an amazing opportunity to work for a company that nurtures personal growth and has a supportive team culture.

Schedule : Part time (until September)/Full time from September
What you'll do:
- Manage the Company Director's diary, incoming correspondence and responding on behalf of the Company Director
- Responding to emails, answering calls, filtering information by redirection or responding as appropriate
- Organise travel arrangements when necessary
- Provide general agency project support when needed
- Responsible for taking minutes in meetings and sending out
- Assisting with meeting preparation and following up on any action points
- Create presentations and reports for partner and client meetings
- Help to organise shoots, events and brand campaigns.
Who you are:
- Experienced assistant (or similar) and highly organised and efficient
- Passionate about fashion and music
- Entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, creative mindset
- Previous experience of PA role is desirable
- Highly organised with excellent verbal and written communication skills (In English)
- Reliable work ethic and professional manner
- Comfortable with Google Drive/Docs/Sheets/Slides and adobe suite
- Comfortable with project managment tools eg, Click up/Asana
- Fluent in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, SoundCloud and YouTube
- Strong time management skills
- High levels of personal motivation and ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
- Prepared to work in a fast-paced environment with plenty of opportunity
We are a small business so there may be occasions when they would be involved in other aspects of the company particularly during busy periods.
