Für das deutsche Tochterunternehmen, die TePe D-A-CH GmbH mit Sitz in Hamburg (bis zu 40%-ige Home-Office-Option) suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte, kommunikative und menschlich überzeugende Persönlichkeit für das Finance-Team.

Die Aufgaben
Verantwortung für das gesamte Controlling in der Region D-A-CH, z.B. für Reports, Analysen, Soll-Ist-Vergleiche und Ad-hoc Auswertungen

Durchführung der laufenden Kostenrechnung und Kostenkalkulation

Erstellung der Budgetplanungen

Regelmäßige Liquiditätsplanungen und Forecasts sowie Ergebniscontrolling, Kostenstellencontrolling und Vertriebscontrolling

Aktive Unterstützung operativer Bereiche - Sie agieren als Ansprechperson für das interne Kollegium

Weiterentwicklung und Durchführung des Berichtswesens sowie des Management Reports

Vorbereitung operativer und strategischer Führungsentscheidungen

Eigenverantwortliche Projektarbeit
Durchführung von Preiskalkulationen und Überwachung

Berichtslinie an die Deputy General Managerin
Aktive Teilnahme an den Management Meetings als vollwertiges Mitglied des Management Teams

Ihr Profil
Hochschulabschluss im Bereich BWL

Einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich Controlling/Finanzbuchhaltung , bevorzugt in einem Vertriebs-/Beratungsunternehmen

Sehr gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Bereich Kostenrechnung/-kalkulation

Erfahrung in der Prüfung/Beratung ist gerne gesehen

Idealerweise Erfahrung im Handel bzw. im Controlling von Konsumgütern (FMCG)

Sichere MS Office (insbesondere Excel) und sichere Englischkenntnisse

Breites Wissen beim Einsatz von Reporting-Tools und bei der Entwicklung von KPIs zur vertrieblichen Steuerung

Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie selbstständige, zielorientierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

Teamgeist, hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Hands-On-Mentalität

Sie verstehen sich als Business Partner (m/w/d) für alle relevanten Bereiche
