Your Role: Contributing to Our Success
  • In the capacity of a (Senior) Financial Controller, you will join the controlling team tasked with overseeing financial and commercial operations at Tchibo within the German food retail landscape, ensuring both growth and sustainable profitability.
  • You will spearhead business planning for Tchibo's primary distribution network in Germany, providing strategic counsel to senior management.
  • Your role involves analyzing profit drivers within the food retail sector, developing business cases, initiating sales strategies, and engaging in optimization initiatives.
  • You will prepare and lead negotiations with key accounts in the German food retail market to uphold Tchibo's reputation.
  • Your responsibilities include conceptualizing and systematically enhancing our controlling tools, driving their effective implementation.
Your Qualifications: Evolving Together
  • You possess a degree in economics and have accumulated several years of pertinent experience in fields such as financial planning and analysis, controlling, consulting, trade, or consumer goods.
  • Your strong analytical capabilities, confident presence, exceptional communication skills, and ability to work independently make you an ideal candidate.

  • You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working across various departments.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with additional knowledge of SAP and business intelligence tools being advantageous.
