YOUR TALENTS FOR CIRCULA
  • Qualifications. You have completed or are in the process of completing your Bachelors or Masters degree in the field of Human Resource Management, Business Management, Social Studies, Labour Law, Communications or similar fields. You have already gained first experiences in the field of HR, either through internships or working student positions.
  • Ownership. Organisation is your absolute talent. You love managing different projects and always putting people at the centre of your work.
  • Drive. You are a passionate "people person" with a flexible and practical attitude.
  • Collaboration. You find it easy to make contacts and bring people together. You are a team player and believe that helping and supporting your teammates leads to success for all.
  • Growth Mindset. You are creative and proactively bring new ideas to make Circula an even better place to work
  • Transparency. You are a clear communicator and like to keep relevant stakeholders informed on joint projects.
  • Language. Business fluent German (C1) and English
