Wir suchen dafür eine kompetente Kollegin oder einen kompetenten Kollegen für unser Team Network & Security zur Erfüllung der folgenden Aufgaben:
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der aktuell fünf Mitarbeiter in direkter Abstimmung mit der Fachbereichsleitung
- Verantwortung, Monitoring und Weiterentwicklung der Firewall / LAN / WLAN / WAN Infrastruktur
- Sie verantworten die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der im Team verantworteten Prozesse und Services
- Strukturierung der Tätigkeiten, Abläufe und Verantwortlichkeiten innerhalb des Teams
- Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern
- Sicherstellung eines stabilen und unterbrechungsfreien Netzwerkbetriebs
- Sicherstellung der Dokumentation der gesamten Firewall- und Netzwerk-Infrastruktur
- Regelmäßige Abstimmungen mit dem IT-Sicherheitsbeauftragten zur Umsetzung bestimmter Security-Maßnahmen
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Projekten mit teils externen Dienstleistern
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes IT-Studium oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb von Firewalls vorzugsweise vom Hersteller Palo Alto
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb von Enterprise Netzwerklandschaften vorzugsweise vom Hersteller Cisco
- Erfahrungen im Bereich der IT-Anforderungsanalyse
- Erste Führungserfahrung aufgrund von Gruppen-, Team- oder Projektleitung sowie einen mitarbeiterorientierten Führungsstil mit hoher Sozialkompetenz
- Zertifizierungen in genannten Bereichen von Vorteil
- Branchenerfahrung im Bereich Klinik oder Gesundheitswesen von Vorteil
- Eine sehr starke Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch sehr gut (C1), Englisch gut (B1)
