Die movisco AG ist eine auf Reporting- und Steuerungs-Lösungen spezialisierte Business- und IT-Beratung für Finanzdienstleister. Dabei steht der Austausch innerhalb der Firma und darüber hinaus im Fokus, um dauerhaft zukunftsfähig zu sein. Bei uns übernimmst Du Verantwortung für Deine Ergebnisse und entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden tragfähige Lösungen. Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n (Senior) Consultant Risk & Finance (m/w/d).

In unserem Bereich Business Consulting fokussieren wir uns auf die Beratung von Banken rund um Reporting-Fragestellungen. Dabei verknüpfen wir tiefgreifendes Branchenwissen und Fachkompetenz mit umfassenden Technologiekenntnissen. In unserem Team gestalten wir Prozesse der Datenbewirtschaftung und schaffen für unsere Kunden einzigartige Lösungen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aufbau von Reportingmodellen und Beratung zu Fragestellungen der Bilanzierung
  • Entwicklung und Optimierung von Methoden und Prozessen für die aktuellen regulatorischen Anforderungen und Herausforderungen von Banken
  • Übernahme erster Projektmanagementaufgaben und Leitung von Teilprojekten
  • "Hands-on" Mentalität in allen Projektphasen
  • Ausbau der eigenen Expertise über Projekte und Schulungen, Entwicklung von Beratungsprodukten und erste Vertriebstätigkeiten
  • Ausbildung neuer Kollegen

Dein Profil

  • Betriebswirtschaftliches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Beratung mit Schwerpunkt Regulatorik
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit SAP (BW, BA oder ähnlich) sowie Abbildung von Sicherheiten von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Produkte
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, sicheres Auftreten und Engagement
  • Teamfähigkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft, Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
