Deine Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung moderner und zukunftsträchtiger Lösungen für unsere namhaften Kunden der Bankenbranche. Vom ersten Tag an direkt beim Kunden
  • Du begleitest Banken und Finanzdienstleister auf deren Weg zur digitalen Transformation
  • Deinem Interesse und Deiner Vorbildung entsprechend unterstützt Du unsere interne Research Abteilung in Themen wie beispielsweise Risikomanagement, Sustainable Finance oder Robotic Process Automation
  • Entwicklung neuer Beratungsprodukte und erste Einblicke in Vertriebsaktivitäten einer Unternehmensberatung
  • Durch Deine Unterstützung im Recruiting und bei der Ausbildung neuer Kollegen*innen trägst Du zum Wachstum der movisco AG bei
  • In individuell abgestimmten Seminaren und Schulungen baust Du Deine Expertise laufend aus
  • Du unterstützt beim Verfassen von Blogartikeln, Whitepapern und Artikeln für renommierte Fachzeitschriften

Dein Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Naturwissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Idealerweise konntest Du bereits Einblicke in die Strukturen eines Finanzdienstleisters erhalten
  • Ausgeprägtes Interesse an der Bankenbranche und intrinsische Motivation zur Weiterbildung
  • Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Sozialkompetenz
  • Ausgeprägte Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
  • Exzellente MS-Office-Kenntnisse, idealerweise ergänzt durch Programmierkenntnisse sowie Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Datenbanken und Reporting-Tools (bspw. Power BI)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1 erforderlich) und Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft in der DACH-Region
