Contrato en prácticas

Buscamos un estudiante en prácticas para que nos ayude a mejorar la cartera de productos de Worldia y apoye a nuestros clientes en todos los procesos de planificación y ejecución de viajes.

Tus tareas

Tus principales tareas se desarrollarán en torno a las tres áreas principales de Operaciones, Ventas y Producción. A continuación encontrarás un breve resumen de las principales tareas relacionadas con cada área:

Ventas:

  • Contacto diario con agencias de viajes
  • Respuesta a preguntas sobre productos específicos
  • Creación de presupuestos
  • Captación de nuevos clientes

Operaciones:

  • Contacto regular con nuestros proveedores
  • Tramitación de reservas con diversos proveedores
  • Realización de procesos de reserva internos y externos
  • Creación y revisión de documentos de viaje individuales

Producción:

  • Ampliación de la cartera internacional de proveedores de Worldia
  • Contacto regular con receptivos
  • Creación de contenido
  • Evaluación comparativa de precios
  • Mejora de la calidad de los productos
Tu perfil
  • Estás estudiando turística o un programa de grado comparable (BA) y te gustaría completar tus prácticas obligatorias (al menos 5 meses) con nosotros.
  • Buscas unas prácticas a tiempo completo (40h/semana)
  • Vives en Berlín o estás dispuesto a trasladarte a Berlín.
  • Eres hispanohablante nativo y tienes muy buenos conocimientos de inglés hablado y escrito.
  • Tienes motivación, compromiso y ganas de conocer mejor el sector turístico.
  • Trabajas de forma independiente, estructurada y orientada con altos estándares de calidad.
  • No tienes miedo a contestar el teléfono y te gusta hablar con clientes

Who we are

At Worldia, we love to travel the world and we believe that the journey begins long before arriving at the destination, from the moment the trip is planned. We are an online tour operator with our own à la carte travel platform, which makes it easier for end customers and travel consultants to plan trips.We make tailor-made travel planning simple and attractive by offering an easy-to-use website, real-time availability, attractive rates, high-quality services, expert advisors, first-class customer service and over 80 destinations.

The Internship

We are looking for you as an ambitious intern to help us improve the Worldia product portfolio and support our customers in every process of travel planning and execution.

Your Tasks

Your main areas will evolve around the three main areas of Operations, Sales or Production. Below is a quick overview of the main tasks connected to each area:

Sales:

  • Daily contact with travel consultants and end customers
  • Answering of product-specific questions
  • Creation of itineraries and offers
  • Customer acquisition Sales and marketing of holidays

Operations:

  • Regular contact with our product suppliers and partners
  • Processing of bookings with various providers
  • Carrying out internal and external booking processes
  • Creation and revision of individual travel documents

Production:

  • Expansion of Worldia's international supplier portfolio
  • Regular contact with existing and potential new suppliers
  • Content creation
  • Performance and price benchmarking
  • Improvement of product quality
Your Profile
  • You are studying tourism management or a comparable (BA) degree program and would like to complete your mandatoryinternship (at least 5 months) with us.
  • You are looking for a full-time (40h/week) internship.
  • You live in Berlin or are willing to move to Berlin.
  • You are a native Spanish speaker, and you have very good written and spoken English skills.
  • You are motivated, committed and keen to get to know the tourism industry better
  • You work independently, in a structured manner and are oriented towards high-quality standards
  • You are not afraid to pick up the phone and enjoy talking to customers and partner.
