Summary

Job description 1

At Cooper Consumer Health we are looking a Category Manager to join our team. The responsibility will be to manage a group or category of products for our company end-to-end. You will be the one being responsible for the portfolio strategy, pricing strategy in line with global guidelines and overall the overall activation of a product category to maximize consumer appeal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire Category Portfolio for the DACH
  • Develop category and subcategory strategies: brand & product assortment, manage margin, pricing competitiveness, sales and promotions, while driving sales and profit margin.
  • Responsible for providing strategic portfolio recommendations in order to give more visibility and expand our health and beauty brands in the DACH Region.
  • Own the portfolio channel mix and the respective brand P&L from top- to bottom line.
  • Communicate with cross functional teams to localize all the marketing material needed to expand our brand into new markets.
  • Communicate constantly with the executive team to present the different Marketing Strategies and challenge them if needed.
  • Work with a mix of international and local
  • Responsible for actioning the marketing strategy from an E2E

Experience profile:
  • 10+ yrs sound experience and track record as a (business) marketeer / Marketing Manager with an international environment/corporate
  • Proven track record in working with different offline and online sales and communication channels
  • Experience working with international brands is a plus
  • Experience dealing with a big portfolio of
  • Excel at stakeholder management and connecting people
  • Game changer mindset, leadership, ownership/accountability, project management, Communicative, entrepreneurial, creative, strong personality, pro-active
  • Knowledge of the OTC/consumer health sector.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Proven Track record working in an international matrix organisation
