Technical Sales Engineer (w/m/d) - Kunststoffspritzguss Automotive Remote / Calw Im Zuge des Unternehmenswachstums suchen wir für unseren Mandanten einen Technical Sales Engineer (w/m/d) . In dieser Position verantworten Sie technikseitig den Prozess von der ersten Anfrage des Kunden bis zum Angebot (RFQ-Phase) und fungieren als Schnittstelle zwischen dem Kunden und verschiedenen unternehmensinternen Stakeholdern (z.B. Sales, Engineering, Quality, R&D). Sie bringen gemeinsam die Vorangebotsphase zum erfolgreichen Abschluss und übergeben dann an das Projektmanagement. Während der Serienproduktion werden Sie in die Identifikation von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten und die Koordination technischer Änderungen eingebunden, wobei der Schwerpunkt der Tätigkeit meist in der Komponentenentwicklung liegt. Aufgaben im Einzelnen Aufnahme und Dokumentation technischer Kunden-/Produktanforderungen und -spezifikationen Analyse und Bewertung der Anforderungen und Spezifikationen hinsichtlich technischer Machbarkeit Kalkulation und Optimierung der zu erwartenden Kosten in Zusammenarbeit mit Sales (Vor-)Entwicklung, Auswahl und Präsentation von Ideen zu kundenspezifischen Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, R&D und Engineering Übergabe des ausgearbeiteten Entwicklungskonzepts an das Projektmanagement und Weitergabe aller technisch relevanten Informationen Identifikation von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten und Koordinierung von Änderungsmaßnahmen während der Serienproduktion Koordination der Kommunikation zwischen dem Kunden und unserem Mandanten sowie zwischen den verschiedenen Abteilungen unseres Mandanten Beobachtung von Trends und Entwicklungen im Bereich Kunststoffspritzguss Ihr Profil Technische Ausbildung oder technisches Studium Erfahrung im Bereich Kunststoff/Kunststofftechnik in der Automotive-Industrie, beispielsweise bei einem OEM oder Tier 1 Kenntnisse in gängigen Computerprogrammen (MS Office/MS Project, ERP-, PLM- und CAD-Programme) Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Hohe Eigenmotivation, Kundenorientierung, Pragmatismus und Reisebereitschaft Was unser Mandant Ihnen bietet: Eine spannende Tätigkeit in einem internationalen und sehr erfolgreichen Unternehmen.
