Job Description

As a Post-Sales Specialist at DIS AG, you will have the opportunity to work with one of our renowned clients in Calw, Germany. This role offers a challenging and rewarding career perspective in the field of temporary work with the option of a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide independent customer service and communication regarding orders to ensure high customer satisfaction through targeted service quality.
  • Independently process and manage orders, including creating offers for maintenance and service requests.
  • Monitor order and offer deadlines and maintain customer data and order information.
  • Receive complaints and warranty notifications and collaborate closely with the After Sales Service Team and service technicians to continuously improve our service processes.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a commercial education.
  • Knowledge of business economics and technical understanding.
  • Previous experience in the After Sales or technical support field is an advantage.
  • Required skills in MS Office applications, while knowledge of SAP and InforAS is beneficial.
  • Excellent customer orientation and the ability to communicate clearly and goal-oriented.
  • Fluent German language skills and good English language skills in writing and speaking.
  • Ability to work independently, structured, and responsibly, as well as teamwork skills.
  • Organizational talent, flexibility, engagement, and entrepreneurial thinking complete your profile.
