Job Description

The Account Executive – Indirect role serves as the connector between our partners and potential clients. The Senior Indirect Account Executive is responsible for orchestrating the indirect team's overall strategy, coordinating partner assignments, and formulating and evaluating the indirect approach.

  • Formulate strategies, plan and oversee the team and pipeline, contribute to the execution and management of all allocated partners.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to ensure accurate forecasting alignment with partners.
  • Stay updated on current products, services, promotions, and offerings to effectively communicate with assigned partners.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure coherence.
  • Focus on sales and business development activities.
  • Guarantee precise team forecasting and maintain CRM accuracy on a weekly basis.
  • Achieve or surpass designated KPI metrics, including sales targets, product mix, and chargeback.
  • Analyze provided sales metrics and devise strategies to enhance performance and maximize potential.
  • Be adaptable to engage in sales and mentorship whenever necessary.
  • Offer regular reports to leadership encompassing metrics, feedback on activities, challenges, etc.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members.
Qualifications

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Proficiency in German and English languages.
  • Demonstrated sales presentation skills, problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and proactive approach.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Capability to work autonomously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
