Regional Sourcing Manager (m/w/d) Packaging & Print

als Verstärkung für unser Team in Bonn

Was Sie bei uns erwartet:

• Verantwortung für die Beschaffung der Unterkategorie "Temperature Controlled Packaging and Services" (Teil der Kategorie Verpackung) in enger Abstimmung mit den relevanten Abteilungen
• Funktionale Führung eines Einkaufsteams in der Abteilung
• Leitung des regionalen Kategorieteams und Teilnahme am globalen Kategorieteam
• Vorbereitung und Durchführung schwieriger Verhandlungen in einem internationalen Umfeld, Aushandlung von Einsparungen, Management von Auktionen und RfX (hauptsächlich elektronisch)
• Weiterentwicklung des Fachwissens und Weitergabe von Best Practice und Vorlagen
• Analyse und Überwachung der relevanten Lieferantenmärkte (national und international), einschließlich eines starken Fokus auf die Entwicklung des Rohstoffmarktes
• Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung von Category-Strategien
• Aktives Business Partner Management bis einschließlich Management Level 2 und Sicherstellung der Compliance im Einkauf
• Ausarbeitung von Verträgen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Rechtsabteilung
• Proaktive Identifizierung von Bereichen für strategische Beschaffungsinitiativen
• Beratung der Junior-Experten der Abteilung in schwierigen Fachfragen
• Aktive Projektarbeit bzw. Projektleitung / Mitarbeit in oder Leitung von abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten

Was wir von Ihnen erwarten:

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium und langjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung
• Hohes Verhandlungsgeschick und Kenntnisse von Verhandlungsstrategien und -instrumenten
• Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (Niveau C1)
• Sicherer Umgang mit Standard MS-Office Software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Digitale Kompetenz, solide Kenntnisse von Beschaffungsprozessen und -tools
• Ausgeprägte Fach- und Marktkenntnisse in den Bereichen Consulting & Professional Services
• Gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
• Umfassende Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
• Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Lernfähigkeit
• Konfliktfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen

Regional Sourcing Manager (m/f/x) Packaging & Print

to join our team in Bonn

What you can expect from us:

• Responsible for procurement of the "Temperature Controlled Packaging and Services" subcategory (part of the Packaging category) in close coordination with relevant departments
• Functional leadership of a purchasing team in the department
• Lead the regional category team and participate in the global category team
• Preparing and conducting difficult negotiations in an international environment, negotiating savings, managing auctions and RfX (mainly electronic)
• Further development of specialist knowledge and sharing of best practice and templates
• Analysis and monitoring of relevant supplier markets (national and international), including a strong focus on the development of the raw materials market
• Participation in the development of category strategies
• Active business partner management up to and including management level 2 and ensuring compliance in purchasing
• Drafting contracts in collaboration with the legal department
• Proactively identify areas for strategic sourcing initiatives
• Advising the department's junior experts on difficult technical issues
• Active project work or project management / participation in or management of cross-departmental projects

What we expect from you:

• Completed university degree and many years of relevant professional experience
• High level of negotiation skills and knowledge of negotiation strategies and tools
• Ideally first leadership experience
• Fluent language skills in German and English (level C1)
• Safer handling with standard MS Office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint )
• Digital competence, solid knowledge of procurement processes and tools
• Strong specialist and market knowledge in the areas of consulting and professional services
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Comprehensive Experience in the Project management
