Our HR Community has governance in each Country and our focus as Regional HR Team is to coordinate and cascade Regional and Global HR practices across Europe.

Regional HR & Digitalization intern located in Bonn, Germany - flexible across Europe.

Job purpose


We are looking for you if you have passion for learning and are thrilled to contribute to the digitalization transformation of the HR function at European level while building your professional knowledge in HR.

In your role you will work as part of the European HR Team to assist in short to long term digitalization project within the function, with a focus on project management and data accuracy.


How will you contribute
Test your proactive and creative approach on designing new HR and Digitalization solutions.

Provide day-to-day project management support with readily available advice for processes and activities to successfully deliver projects while meeting the timescale and quality parameters in line with overall business objectives and needs.


Main Tasks

  • Partner with the Regional HR Team to build a strong innovation culture among the HR community and beyond
  • Give proof of creativity and liaise with the HR community to improve the HR and people experiences suggesting new ideas
  • Under direct supervision, provide daytoday support for successful execution of HR Digitalization transformation
  • Undertake preparation of project schedules, tracking reports, updates, presentations and communications for the different projects
  • Check recurring issues faced during delivery, proposing solutions measures
  • Check and highlight deviations from defined project plans and timelines
  • Perform allocated project tasks and activities for own work area under guidance
  • Assist the HR Department on other projects and initiatives

Your profile

  • Fresh graduated (less than 12 months) / University student
  • Selfstarter mindset with ability to follow given guidelines
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills paired with proactive behavior to manage simultaneous projects deliverables and deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills
  • Ability to properly handle confidential and HR sensitive information
