DEINE MISSION
Als Generalist arbeitest du auf unserem Modern Data Stack aus primär Snowflake, dbt und modellierst Daten aus unseren Touchpoints (u.a. Shop, ERP, Marketing, Produkt- und Preissysteme), um Kunden- und Produktdaten zu analysieren und per Reverse-ETL zurück an unseren Shop und unsere Geschäftsanwendungen zu übertragen.
Du programmierst gerne und beherrschst SQL und Python. Zu Deinem Repertoire zählen außerdem ausgeprägte Kenntnisse über die performante Verarbeitung und Speicherung großer Datenmengen in Data Warehouse Systemen.
Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die technische Anforderungsanalyse, das Design und die Implementierung von EL(T)-, Reverse-EL(T) und Real-Time Analytics Prozessen und entwickelst diese kontinuierlich weiter, um eine optimale Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit sicherzustellen.
Du gestaltest mit beim Aufbau eines Teams und der Weiterentwicklung von modernen Cloud-Infrastrukturen.
DAS BRAUCHEN WIR
Qualifikation: abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs bzw. Ausbildung oder entsprechende mehrjährige Erfahrung in der professionellen Softwareentwicklung
Know-how: breites Wissen über unterschiedliche Technologien im Bereich Big Data Engineering (z.B. Snowflake, Apache Airflow, dbt, Kafka) sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in relevanten Programmiersprachen (Python, SQL); außerdem Kenntnisse der Daten-Analyse (z.B. Tableau) und des Daten-Managements
Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: eigenverantwortlich, lösungs- und kundenorientiert, pragmatisch und problembewusst sowie bereit zu Austausch und zu enger Kooperation mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern (z.B. Marketing, Einkauf, IT)
Sprache: gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
