Das erwartet Dich bei uns
  • Teamplayer: Du arbeitest unserem Sales-Team zu und unterstützt sie bei ihren Aufgaben.
  • Lead-Management: Du bearbeitest Outbound- und Inbound-Leads effizient und zielgerichtet.
  • Erstkontakt: Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für potenzielle Kunden.
  • Kaltakquise: Du führst Cold-Calls durch und gehst proaktiv auf neue Kunden zu.
  • Discovery: Du erkennst schnell die Bedürfnisse der Kunden und verstehst ihre Anforderungen.
  • Qualifizierung: Du qualifizierst Kunden und führst erste Gespräche zur Bedarfsanalyse.
  • Intros vereinbaren: Du organisierst und führst Einführungsmeetings mit potenziellen Kunden durch.
  • Admin-Support: Du unterstützt das Team bei administrativen Tätigkeiten.

  • Hands-on-Mentalität: Du bist praktisch veranlagt und setzt Ideen schnell um.
  • Sprachgewandt: Deutsch auf C2-Niveau und Englisch auf B2-Niveau.
  • Technikaffin: Du bist technisch versiert und verstehst komplexe Zusammenhänge.
  • Nice-to-have: Branchenerfahrung in Vermessung oder Glasfaser (kein Muss).
