Einleitung

The time for tradesmanship in construction ("Handwerksmarkt") is now. We strongly believe that construction companies are ready to make a huge step for proactive growth but so far lack the relevant means to do so. With CoCrafter (YC W24), we want to revolutionize the standing of this central industry of our economy by digitizing crucial work processes.

With our software, we make it easy for construction companies to collaborate on construction projects and manage all legal regulations around "subcontracting".

We are part of the YC W24 batch, successfully closed our pre-seed with top-tier investors (successful founders, operators, construction investors), and are now expanding the team to grow even faster.

Aufgaben

We are looking for a driven UX/Product Intern or Working Student, who quickly learns and thrives in the challenging environment of an early-stage startup. We want you to speak up, build creative solutions to hard problems, know how to prioritize, and take ownership.

We seek your support in designing and shaping our software product according to up-to-date UX best practices and you'll act as a central role in our software development and thus work closely with the founders.

What you'll work on:

  • UI/UX Design: you'll improve our software by working with recent UX best practices and by creating interactive prototypes in Figma
  • Prototyping: you'll create low-fidelity wireframes for new features or improvements
  • User research: you'll take part in the creation and analysis of user surveys & prepare and conduct user interviews with our customers
  • Virtual Design: you'll assist in creating custom visual assets such as icons and graphics - as well as work on optimizing our visual brand appearance
  • You'll keep up with recent UX trends, solve design challenges, and closely work with our tech team
Qualifikation
  • You enjoy keeping up with the latest trends in UI design and like trying out new creative methods and frameworks
  • You already have knowledge and practical experience in Figma (an appealing portfolio gives us first insights into your skills here)
  • You are motivated and like to take ownership
  • You can communicate well and clearly
  • You're available for: 5+ months at h/week as Working Student; or 3+ months for an Internship
  • Ideally, you have experience in the craft/construction sector or have already completed internships in design/product-management roles
