Aufgabengebiet

Sie koordinieren die Gesamtstrategie für Arbeitssicherheit, Umweltschutz und Gefahrstoffe am StandortSie leiten und überwachen die Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des EHS-ManagementsystemsSie organisieren am Standort den Bereich Arbeitssicherheit Sie stellen regelmäßige EHS-Reportings an die Geschäftsleitung sicherSie sind Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) gegenüber BehördenSie koordinieren Umweltschutzmaßnahmen und Überwachung die Einhaltung gesetzlicher VorgabenSie bringen stetig die Sicherheitskultur voran, erstellen Konzepte und leiten konkrete Maßnahmen abSie wirken an Gefährdungsbeurteilungen mit und überprüfen ArbeitsanweisungenSie verantworten eine nachverfolgbare und einwandfreie Dokumentation Anforderungsprofil Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches oder chemisches StudiumFundierte Berufserfahrung im HSE-UmfeldBerufspraxis innerhalb der chemischen IndustrieFachkraft (m/w/d) für ArbeitssicherheitGute Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf allen HierarchieebenenSehr gutes OrganisationstalentLösungsorientiertes ArbeitenSehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Vergütungspaket Attraktives Gehaltspaket37,5 WochenstundenIndividuelle Einarbeitung
