HR Operations Specialist

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will serve as the primary liaison for all operational HR administrative responsibilities and inquiries for the employees you assist. Your proactive approach, exceptional communication abilities, and passion for enhancing our HR landscape will be key to your success in this role.

In this position, you will embrace our hybrid working model, allowing you to work on-site on designated days while enjoying the flexibility of remote work on others. Comprehensive information regarding this arrangement will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a knowledgeable resource for all HR-related administrative inquiries from employees, efficiently managing and responding to all incoming requests via phone and ticketing systems.
  • Oversee the creation of employment contracts, certificates, and other labor law documents utilizing established templates.
  • Serve as the point of contact for governmental authorities and agencies concerning the employment matters of the employees you support.
  • Independently maintain electronic personnel files and perform data entry tasks in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HR/HCM.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement, digitalization, and automation of administrative processes within personnel administration, ensuring alignment with customer needs, KPIs, and service level agreements.
  • Engage in various HR projects, which may involve complex challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a commercial apprenticeship or a degree, along with relevant professional experience in a similar HR role.
  • Familiarity with labor, social security, and wage tax regulations, preferably within German-speaking regions.
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HR/HCM, including master data management and organizational structures.
  • Demonstrated reliability, results-oriented mindset, and a strong service orientation.
  • Exhibit a collaborative spirit, quick learning ability, and a strong desire for personal growth.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word, with solid German and very good English language skills, both written and spoken.
