Das gibt es zu tun
  • Du gestaltest den Aufbau und die Entwicklung des Content Management Services Teams maßgeblich mit
  • Du entwickelst eine Strategie zur Betreuung und setzt diese um
  • Du betreust die internen und externen Abläufe für einen hohen wirtschaftlichen und technischen Standard nach ITIL
  • Hierbei stehst du im steten Austausch zu deiner Abteilungsleitung für Dokumentation und Prozessauswertung
  • Du unterstützt die Abteilungsleitung bei der Personalplanung
  • Parallel förderst du die Aus- und Weiterbildung deiner Kolleg:innen
Das bringst du mit
  • Du brennst für die Organisation und effektive Kommunikation, angefangen beim ersten Kundenkontakt bis zum operativen Betrieb
  • Erfahrung in der Koordination der Gewerke rund um CMS-Systeme, z.B. von der Entwicklung bis zur Betreuung
  • Deine Kommunikationsfähigkeiten spielen eine zentrale Rolle für die erfolgreiche Interaktionen und Steuerung von internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Service-Management (IT-SM) sowie Expertise in Projektmanagement (PMI), ITIL und ISO 20000 mit
  • Du verstehst es einen Servicedesk nach den Wünschen des Kunden aufzubauen und während des Betriebs zu steuern
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse in Informationstechnologien sowie Erfahrung in den Bereichen Services und Operations gehören zu deinem Portfolio
