Du hast bereits mindestens sechs Jahre Erfahrung in der Beratung von komplexen Energieprojekten und den entsprechenden Verträgen sammeln können und möchtest Dich auf einen stark innovativen Sektor spezialisieren? Du bist bereit für den nächsten Schritt und möchtest dein eigenes Netzwerk ausbauen?

Neben einer exzellenten Ausbildung möchtest Du auch persönlich wachsen, gerade im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien? Du möchtest Teil eines Teams werden, das zusammen hochkarätige Mandate bearbeitet und auf eine lange, ausgesprochen kollegiale Zusammenarbeit zurückblicken kann?

Dein zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet
  • Fokus im Bereich Energy-Projects, insbesondere im Bereich Offshore
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Investoren, Zulieferern, EPC's und Windpark-Betreibern
  • Aktiver Ausbau des Business Cases und Mitwirkung an der weiteren Strategieplanung
  • Federführende Beratung von Mandanten zu hochkomplexen, umfangreichen Vertragswerken
  • Enge nationale & internationale Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren Partnern der internen Energy Group

Dein Profil
  • mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer namhaften Kanzlei oder in einem führenden Unternehmen der Energiebranche
  • Über dem Durchschnitt liegende Staatsexamina, sowie idealerweise eine Promotion oder ein im Ausland erworbener LL.M
  • Unternehmerische wie juristische Denkweise
  • Verhandlungssicheres Englisch und Erfahrung in internationalen Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Erstes eigenes Geschäft ist wünschenswert, der Aufbau eines eigenen Mandantenstammes sollte der Wunsch sein
