We are searching for a self-motivated individual with a consultative sales approach, exceptional customer service skills, and polished presentation abilities. You will independently manage both inbound and outbound sales opportunities across a large customer base.
The Daily Responsibilities:- Quickly grasp the Zendesk platform and customer needs to resolve inquiries promptly
- Act as the advocate for small business customers by understanding and addressing their needs
- Handle high volumes of calls and emails from new and existing customers
- Manage a complete territory and collaborate with the marketing team to engage your market
- Master product demos within a few weeks of joining
- Fluency in German and English
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a multi-tenant SaaS company
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of opportunities effectively
- Thrives in a startup environment, demonstrating speed, strategic thinking, and excellent execution
- Entrepreneurial mindset and can adapt to a startup mode
