Einleitung

Als Founders Associate bist du eine wichtige Schnittstelle innerhalb des Unternehmens, bei der es nicht nur um HR-Themen geht, sondern vor allem um die Unterstützung und Beratung des Gründerteams. In dieser Rolle wirkst du aktiv an der Auswahl neuer Talente mit und unterstützt das Management bei der strategischen Personalplanung. Du assistierst bei der Organisation von Bewerbungsverfahren und bist Ansprechpartner für die Anliegen der Teammitglieder. Zudem hilfst du bei der Koordination von Projekten und förderst die interne Kommunikation. Die Pflege von Personalakten und das Erstellen von Dokumenten gehören ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben, wobei dein Hauptfokus darauf liegt, die Unternehmensführung in administrativen und strategischen Belangen effektiv zu unterstützen.

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgabe

  • Recruiting-Prozess unterstützen: Du unterstützt die Kandidatensuche, von der Auswahl bis zum Onboarding am ersten Arbeitstag.
  • Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus begleiten: Du unterstützt unsere Teammember von der Einstellung über die Vertragsverwaltung und Bezahlung bis hin zur Weiterbildung.
  • Erster Ansprechpartner für HR-Fragen: Du agierst als Hauptansprechpartner für alle HR-relevanten Anliegen der Mitarbeiter.
  • Talentsuche und -bindung: Du identifizierst und akquirierst die am besten geeigneten Kandidaten über verschiedene Kanäle, um sie für unser Unternehmen zu begeistern.
  • Personalstrategie mitgestalten: Du arbeitest mit Teamleitern zur Planung und Entwicklung der Personalstrategie des Unternehmens zusammen.
  • Unterstützung des Unternehmenswachstums: Du hilfst bei der Skalierung des Unternehmens und Sicherstellung der nachhaltigen Entwicklung.
  • Strategische Beratung der Geschäftsführung: Du wirkst aktiv bei der Formulierung und Umsetzung strategischer Entscheidungen und Projekte mit, um die Unternehmensziele direkt zu unterstützen und zu fördern.
Qualifikation

  • Du bist bestenfalls immatrikulierter Student
  • Als proaktive Persönlichkeit mit hands-on Mentalität bringst Du
    Leidenschaft und Begeisterungsfähigkeit für die strategische Beratung und den HR-Bereich mit
  • Dir macht es Spaß, Dinge ganz neu aufzubauen und nachhaltige Prozesse, Strukturen und Tools zu implementieren
  • Selbstständige, anpasssungsfähige, teamorientierte, eigenverantwortliche und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Idealerweise hast du gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten oder bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Eventmanagement
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
