With a rich history spanning over five decades, our client has consistently collaborated across industries to enhance the quality of patient care worldwide. Partnering with healthcare professionals, they've developed a comprehensive portfolio of medical products, including diagnostic and interventional catheters, PTCA and PTA balloons, stents, drug-coated balloons, wires, and vascular closure systems.

Opportunity Overview:

Our client has embarked on a journey to redefine its identity as a stand-alone entity, focusing on innovation and customer-centric solutions. The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales within their designated area, contributing to the company's mission of improving patient outcomes through the adoption of their cutting-edge products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate a deep understanding of medical technology and complex subject matter.
  • Drive sales efforts with a dedication to enhancing patient care through product adoption.
  • Navigate negotiations with users and buyers adeptly and proactively.
  • Take ownership of sales activities within the assigned territory, celebrating successes along the way.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and act as an information hub for clients.
  • Identify customer needs and develop tailored strategies for sustainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement holistic solutions that extend beyond product offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in German with proficient English language skills.
  • Holistic understanding of challenges within the German healthcare system.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of successful customer solution implementation.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
