Das sind Deine Projekte

  • Du unterstützt uns bei der Pflege vorhandener HR-Systeme (SuccessFactors – Employee Central, Performance, Learning, Mentoring, Succession, Development, 360° Feedback) und Prozesse sowie der Einführung neuer Funktionalitäten
  • Du hilfst unserem Team bei der Entwicklung, Sichtung und Einführungen von neuen Möglichkeiten für die HR-Community wie CoPilot, SharePoint Online und AI.
  • Du nutzt deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise auch um unser Team bei Re-Organisationen ganz Unipers zu unterstützen (Pflege von Organisationsstrukturen und Vollmachten)
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig an neuen Themen, die dich interessieren und bringst deine Ideen ein.

Wie Du ins Team kommst

  • Du bist immatrikulierter Student (m/w/d) im Bereich HR, IT oder einem verwandten Fach.
  • Du hast erste praktische Erfahrungen im HR- oder IT-Bereich gesammelt.
  • Du bist flexibel, zuverlässig und arbeitest gerne im Team.
  • Du hast gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und arbeitest gerne in internationalen Teams.
