Der Infrastruktur-Projektmanager ist für die Entwicklung, Lieferung und Betriebsbereitschaft der Onshore-Infrastrukturanlagen der Betriebsphase verantwortlich, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf O&M-Gebäude, Lagerhäuser und andere Hafen- und Logistikinfrastruktur. Die Bereitstellung dieser Anlagen ist entscheidend für den Betrieb der Offshore-Windparks von RWE, von denen sich derzeit einige im Bau befinden, sowie für eine umfangreiche Entwicklungspipeline.
Als Infrastruktur-Projektmanager/in wirst du die Projekte unter Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, Programm und Budget ganzheitlich managen. Mit Unterstützung der wichtigsten internen Stakeholder managst du externe Zulieferer und Auftragnehmer, um die Projekte gemeinsam zu realisieren, und verfolgst einen positiven und proaktiven Ansatz in Bezug auf HSSE. Du stellst sicher, dass erstklassige Betriebsergebnisse erzielt werden, bevor du den Übergabeprozess an die langfristigen Betriebsteams erleichterst.
Die Rolle:
- Tägliches Projektmanagement für die ganzheitliche Bereitstellung von O&M-Infrastrukturanlagen unter Anwendung der standardisierten RWE-Projektmanagementmethodik, um das Projektprogramm und die dazugehörige Dokumentation zu entwickeln und zu pflegen.
- Agieren als Projektvertreter der RWE sowie managen aller Schnittstellen zwischen dem Projekt und externen Stakeholdern, wie z.B. Eigentümern, Agenturen, Lieferanten, Auftragnehmern und anderen Dritte. In dieser Funktion besteht zudem die Verantwortung, dass das Projekt mit allen lokalen Gesetzen und Genehmigungsanforderungen in Einklang steht.
- Enge Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit den wichtigsten internen Stakeholdern und voneinander abhängigen Projektbeteiligten, wie z.B. dem D&I-Team, den O&M-Teams des Windparks und unterstützenden Funktionen (HSSE, Finanzen, Recht, IT/OT usw.)
- Leitung von Projektbesprechungen und Berichterstattungen, wie z.B. interne und externe Lenkungsausschüsse, Projektfortschrittsbesprechungen und wöchentliche Dialoge, um das Projekt und die Anforderungen der Stakeholder zu managen, sofern erforderlich
- Sicherstellen, dass alle Leistungen in Übereinstimmung mit den Verträgen erbracht werden, z. B. in Bezug auf Lieferumfang, Meilensteine, Kosten, Qualität, Risiken und Arbeitssicherheit - Sicherstellen, dass die Interessen von RWE Operation während der Inbetriebnahme der Anlagen erfüllt werden
- Verfolgung von Risiken und Chancen während des gesamten Projekts und Anwendung der gewonnenen Erkenntnisse, um die Lieferung zu verbessern - bei Bedarf Erstellung und Präsentation von Business Cases und Einholung von Genehmigungen
- Bei Bedarf Unterstützung in der frühen Phase des Projektlebenszyklus, einschließlich der Ausarbeitung von Spezifikationen, Konzeptentwürfen, Ausschreibungsverfahren und Vertragsverhandlungen
- Beaufsichtigung der Bauphase und Steuerung der Projektumsetzung unter Berücksichtigung der vertraglichen Vereinbarungen zwischen RWE und externen Stakeholdern
Dein Profil:
- 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt auf Onshore-Infrastrukturprojekten
- Bereitschaft an den Projektstandorten zu arbeiten, wenn es die Geschäftsanforderungen erfordern. Für die ersten Projekte werden diese Standorte Eemshaven und Den Helder sein.
- Bauingenieurwesen oder ähnliche Qualifikation oder vergleichbare Projekterfahrung wünschenswert
- Professionelle Projektmanagement-Qualifikation (Project Management Institute "PMP" bevorzugt)
- Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse der für Onshore-Infrastrukturprojekte geltenden Gesundheits-, Sicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Stakeholdern sowie ein ausgeprägtes kulturelles Bewusstsein
- Erhebliche Erfahrung im kommerziellen Vertragsmanagement
