About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Civil Engineer for Infrastructure Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement infrastructure development plans, including road construction, maintenance, and repair
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and government agencies
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community groups, local businesses, and government agencies

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure development, project management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders
