Einleitung

Wir suchen im Auftrag unseres Kunden, FFO Management GmbH, in München einen Analysten (m/w/d).

Die FFO Management GmbH ist eine Vermögensverwaltung (Single Family Office) mit Standorten in München, Hamburg und Berlin, die Unternehmensbeteiligungen, Immobilien, Private-Equity-Fonds, liquide Anlagen und Stiftungen im In- und Ausland betreut und weiterentwickelt. Zur Verstärkung des Teams am Münchner Standort wird zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt gesucht.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Analysen und Präsentationen zu Kapitalmärkten, Geschäftsmodellen, Wettbewerbskonstellationen, Investoren, technologischen Trends, makroökonomischen Themen, Finanzmarktentwicklungen und anderen Fachthemen
  • Quantitative und qualitative Auswertungen, Benchmark-Analysen und vertiefte Recherchen zu bestehenden Investitionen und Vermögensanlagen in verschiedenen Assetklassen sowie Investitionsopportunitäten (z. B. Private-Equity-Zeichnungen/-Co-Investments)
  • Prüfung und Beurteilung von Due Diligence-Unterlagen, Business Cases, Bewertungsmodellen, Vertragsunterlagen und anderen rechtlichen Dokumenten (z. B. für M&A-Transaktionen)
  • Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung von bestehenden Tools und Systemen für Budgetierung, Reporting und Controlling zu verschiedenen rechtlichen Einheiten und Investitionsaktivitäten
  • Mitarbeit bei der Verbesserung von internen Prozessen und Strukturen
  • Eigenständige fallspezifische Recherchen und Erstellung von aussagekräftigen und professionellen Präsentationen
  • Identifikation von relevanten Analysethemen
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung und direkter Kontakt zu Beratungsunternehmen, Banken und anderen in- und ausländischen Geschäftspartnern/-partnerinnen
  • Teilnahme an Netzwerkveranstaltungen

Damit kannst Du begeistern

  • Universitätsabschluss mit sehr überzeugenden Noten (Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft, Rechtswissenschaft, oder andere Fachrichtungen mit Finanzen, Investments, Wirtschaftsrecht o. ä. als Fokus).
  • Erste Berufserfahrungen bei in einer Beteiligungsholding, einem Private-Equity-Unternehmen, einer Bank, einem Family-Office o.ä.
  • Strategische und strukturierte Präsentations- und Ausdrucksfähigkeit.
  • Verhandlungssicheres Englisch und Deutsch.
  • Souveränität im Umgang mit Excel und PowerPoint.
  • Ausgeprägte Analysefähigkeiten und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Entwicklungsbereitschaft.
