Ein wesentlicher Erfolgsfaktor wird es sein, mit der notwendigen strategischen Weitsicht zu agieren, um die Bedürfnisse des Marktes bzw. der einzelnen Kunden frühzeitig erkennen und bewerten zu können. Mit hohem Freiheitsgrad ausgestattet, betreuen Sie mit Ihrem Team die Kunden aus der zivilen und militärischen Luftfahrt. Die Ergebnisse Ihres Relationship-Managements fließen nicht nur in die zukünftige technologische Ausrichtung und damit in die Innovationen des Unternehmens ein, sondern bilden auch die Grundlage für die erfolgreiche Neukundenakquisition bzw. den Ausbau von bestehenden Kundenbeziehungen durch neue innovative Lösungen. Neben dem großen Wachstumspotenzial in Ihrem Geschäftsfeld gilt es, die cross-funktionale bzw. konzerninterne Zusammenarbeit mit den benachbarten Geschäftsfeldern zu intensivieren.
Im Einzelnen zeichnen Sie sich verantwortlich für:
- Sie führen und motivieren Ihre 20 Mitarbeiter und tragen mit gezielter Organisations- und Personalentwicklung zur nachhaltigen Performancesteigerung des Unternehmens bei.
- Als Teil der Geschäftsleitung sind Sie auch direkt an der Gestaltung der Unternehmensstrategie beteiligt und berichten an die Geschäftsführung.
- Sie diskutieren neue Möglichkeiten für Produktinnovationen und entscheiden in enger Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb, auf Basis gemeinsamer Marktanalysen und Vertriebsstrategien, über deren Umsetzung und verantworten auch den Projekt Life Cycle.
- Sie bauen bestehende Kundenbeziehungen nachhaltig aus und erschließen zusätzliche Kundenpotentiale.
- Sie agieren mit voller Umsatz- und Ergebnisverantwortung und haben stets Kostenoptimierungen im Blick.
- Sie intensivieren die konzerninterne Zusammenarbeit mit benachbarten Geschäftsfeldern.

Gefragt ist ein Business Leader mit Vision und exzellentem kommerziellem Gespür. Eine Führungspersönlichkeit, die das Unternehmen nach innen und außen überzeugend repräsentiert. Ein Generalist, der sich beim Kunden ebenso wohlfühlt wie mit technischen Gesprächspartnern und auch die betriebswirtschaftliche Seite zur Führung einer Geschäftseinheit beherrscht.
Weiterhin setzen wir voraus:
- Ein technisches Studium mit anschließender Berufspraxis in unterschiedlichen Funktionen, u.a. im Vertrieb, für informationstechnische Anwendungen in der Luftfahrtindustrie, idealerweise innerhalb einer Matrixorganisation.
- Sie agieren bereits in einer verantwortungsvollen Managementfunktion mit Umsatzverantwortung und können auch Expertise in relevanten Schnittstellenfunktionen vorweisen.
- Als Führungskraft verfügen Sie über die Fähigkeit, nicht nu
