Ihre zentrale Rolle:Optimierung durch Digitalisierung, Projektmanagement und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit
- Analyse und Optimierung von Arbeitsprozessen und Schnittstellen in der Rechtsabteilung
- Fachseitige Leitung von Projekten zur Identifikation und Implementierung von digitalen Lösungen für die Rechtsabteilung zur Verbesserung der Arbeitseffizienz einschließlich der Gestaltung, Verabschiedung und Schulung neuer Lösungen und Steuerung der relevanten internen und externen Stakeholder
- Optimierung und zentrale Steuerung der bereichsübergreifenden Mandatierung von und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Kanzleien inklusive des Legal Spend Managements (Outside Counsel Management)
- Entwicklung von KPIs und Data Analytics für die Rechtsabteilung zur Optimierung des Ressourceneinsatzes
- Steuerung und Optimierung der funktionsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit insbesondere mit dem Vertrieb, IT, Compliance und anderen Stabsfunktionen zur Optimierung der Schnittstelle zur Rechtsabteilung
Jurist mit Expertise in Legal Tech, Digitalisierung und starkem Projektmanagement
- Jurist (mindestens 1. juristisches Staatsexamen, Diplom-Wirtschaftsjurist oder vergleichbarer Abschluss einer Hochschule in der EU) mit guter fachlicher Qualifikation, Wirtschaftswissenschaftler oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Legal Operations und/oder Digitalisierung von Rechtsfunktionen in einem Unternehmen und vertiefte Kenntnisse der Legal Tech Landschaft und Legal Tech Trends
- Ausgeprägte, mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projekt- und Veränderungsmanagement (Changemanagement), insbesondere Stalkeholdermanagement, sowie der Planung und dem Management von Budgets
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, sehr gut strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke, Überzeugungs- und Durchsetzungskraft, Entscheidungsfreude, Fingerspitzengefühl, Empathie und Teamfähigkeit
- Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift
