Das erwartet Dich bei uns

Als Junior Inbound Logistics Coordinator (m/w/d) stellst Du sicher, dass unsere Ware zum gewünschten Zeitpunkt auf dem effizientesten Weg in unserem Lager eintrifft. Du kümmerst Dich nicht nur um die korrekte Verzollung, sondern stellst sicher, dass alle sendungsbegleitenden Papiere korrekt ausgestellt sind und bearbeitest diese. Zudem stellst Du den Informationsfluss zwischen Supply Chain und Logistik bzw. unserem Lager sicher.
Deine Aufgaben im Detail:
  • Du übernimmst die komplette Verantwortung und Organisation der Inbound Transporte
  • Der Zoll fällt in Deinen Aufgabenbereich und Du unterstützt hier auch das Brand Team bei der Erstellung neuer Artikel
  • Du holst Speditionsangebote ein und prüfst Speditionsrechnungen
  • Auch die Klärung von Problemfällen im Inbound gehört dazu
  • Du fungierst als Schnittstelle und arbeitest eng mit Deinen Kollegen aus dem Supply Chain Team und aus der Logistik (Lager) zusammen, sowie mit Lieferanten und Spediteuren
Das bringst Du mit
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Speditionskaufmann / Speditionskauffrau oder ähnliches sowie erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung
  • Gute Zollkenntnisse
  • Gute Microsoft Office Kenntnisse, um auch Reports fürs Management erstellen zu können
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und verbale Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Selbständiges Arbeiten und Multitasking ist für Dich selbstverständlich
  • Du gehst Problemstellungen mit klarem Kopf an und löst diese effizient
  • Du bist in der Lage, strenge und kurzfristige Deadlines einzuhalten
