Das Datenlabor des Bundesministeriums für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung (BMZ) hat zum Ziel, das Potential von Daten und Künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) im Kontext öffentlicher Verwaltung für die effektive und evidenz-informierte Planung, Umsetzung und Auswertung von Maßnahmen für nachhaltige Entwicklungszusammenarbeit nutzbar zu machen. Dabei treibt es als "Change Agent" Modernisierungsprozesse im Ministerium strategisch voran, übernimmt sektorübergreifende Leistungen im Bereich der Datenanalyse und Visualisierung, und fördert das gemeinsame Lernen entlang (inter-) nationaler Anwendungsfälle zum transformativen Einsatz von Daten und KI in politischen Entscheidungsprozessen. Das Globalvorhaben berät und unterstützt das BMZ-Datenlabor, indem es diesem in den Themenfeldern internationale Datenpolitik und Daten für nachhaltige Entwicklung auf relevanten globalen Plattformen positioniert und das gemeinsame Lernen mit Partnerregierungen, multilateralen Organisationen, Forschung und Wirtschaft fördert.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Mitarbeit bei der Beratung des BMZ zu internationaler Datenpolitik, Einsatz von Daten und KI für nachhaltige Entwicklung
- Koordination von Beratungsanfragen des BMZ innerhalb der GIZ, insbesondere mit dem Sektorvorhaben Internationale Digitalpolitik für nachhaltige Entwicklung, dem Globalvorhaben für digitale Transformation sowie dem Fach- und Methodenbereich
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der strukturellen Beratungsleistungen des Globalvorhabens "Learning from Experience – Data for evidence-informed policy" entlang der vier Leistungsprioritäten des Ministeriums
- Förderung des Wissensaustausches mit (inter-)nationalen Institutionen im Kontext von Daten für nachhaltige Entwicklung durch unterstützendes Wissensmanagement, Community- und Kontaktmanagement sowie Aufbereitung von Wissen und Lernerfahrungen für das Datenlabor, z.B. in Form von Sachständen und Briefings
- Mitkonzeption und Durchführung von internen und externen Veranstaltungen, z.B. Lern- und Austauschformate sowie Workshops und Webinare
- Zusammenarbeit der Teams im Globalvorhaben Digitale Transformation bei der fachlichen Weiterentwicklung von konzeptionellen Ansätzen und Strategien zur internationaler Datenpolitik, Einsatz von Daten und KI in der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit
- Mitarbeit bei der Beauftragung und Betreuung von Studien, Unteraufträgen sowie der Umsetzung von Wissensmanagement
Ihr Profil
- Studienabschluss der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Politikwissenschaften, Entwicklungsforschung oder vergleichbarer Studiengänge mit fachlichem Schwerpunkt zu Themen der internationalen Entwicklungszusammenarbeit mit Fokus auf Datenpolitik
- Erste Berufserfahrungen (auch durch Praktika etc.) in der Politikberatung
- Gute Kenntnisse der Strukturen und -prozesse der deutschen Entwicklungszusammenarbeit
- Hohe Kommunikationskompetenz, auch gegenüber Partnern und Auftraggebern im interkulturellen Umfeld
- Ergebnis- und Lösungsorientierung, Kreativität, vertiefte konzeptionelle, methodische und koordinierende Fähigkeiten sowie eine hohe Stresstoleranz
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Französisch- oder Spanischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
