Drive the establishment of a scalable technical infrastructure to accommodate our impressive growth. Several years of engineering and architecture experience with a focus on APIs (REST, GraphQL), Microservices, and event-based systems. 7+ years of hands-on development experience in and/or Python. Bonus points for proficiency in PHP, React, and Go.Over 5 years of experience working with AWS services, including Lambda, Event Bridge, SQS, SNS, ALB, API Gateway, Cognito, IAM. Serverless framework expertise is a plus.2 years in a lead position or similar role, demonstrating the ability to track and lead the development of long-running projects across multiple teams.Proven experience in leading Technical Discovery & Research, collaborating with Engineering Managers and Tech leads. Familiarity with IaC (Terraform is a plus), operating SQL and NoSQL databases, and the ability to mentor and advocate for best tech practices.Excellent communication skills in English, a positive mindset, and a solution-oriented attitude.What we offer you
