Neben Produktion und Verleih von Kinofilmen erstellen die verschiedenen Töchter deutsch- und englischsprachige Produkte für deutsche und internationale TV-Sender sowie Streamingdienste.   • Organisatorische Betreuung des Chief Content Creative Kino sowie der Leitung Filmeinkauf/Internationale Koproduktion
  • Unterstützung des Teams für Creative Affairs bei der Planung und Organisation von Meetings, Konferenzen und anderen Terminen
  • Koordination Reisen von CCO, Leitung Filmeinkauf
  • Bearbeitung von eingehenden Anfragen, E-Mails und Telefonanrufen
  • Erstellung und Formatierung von Dokumenten, Präsentationen und anderen Unterlagen nach Bedarf
  • Unterstützung bei Recherchen, im Lektoratsbereich und Übersetzungen inkl. Verwaltung dieser
  • Pflege von internen Datenbanken und Systemen
  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgabe und Unterstützung bei anderen Ad-hoc-Aufgaben
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im relevanten Bereich oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung, bevorzugt Film-, Streaming- und Fernsehbranche
  • Ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu bewältigen
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen
  • Diskretion und die Fähigkeit, mit vertraulichen Informationen umzugehen
  • Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld effektiv zu arbeiten
  • Begeisterung für die Filmindustrie und Interesse an kreativen Prozessen
