Marketing Support Assistant Position

We are currently seeking a Marketing Support Assistant specializing in graphic design.

As part of the Marketing division within the Start-ups and Ventures sector, our focus is on promoting entrepreneurial activities both internally and externally. The Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft provides extensive support throughout the journey from idea conception to business establishment, including guidance on financing and exit strategies, backed by various funding initiatives and additional services.

  • Manage graphic design projects and interactive media from initial concept to final visual execution
  • Design materials for both digital and print formats (including flyers, posters, social media graphics, website visuals, infographics, and image editing)
  • Assist in crafting targeted marketing campaigns for specific demographics
  • Create engaging video content
  • Work on exciting and innovative projects both individually and collaboratively
  • Contribute your unique creative ideas and concepts

Qualifications:

  • Educational background in Communications, Media, Web Design, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and InDesign
  • Ability to think creatively, take initiative, and demonstrate strong execution capabilities
  • Exceptional creativity and precision in conveying visual messages
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to meeting deadlines and adhering to corporate design standards
  • Previous experience in video editing and production is a plus
