These are your responsibilities:- You are a trusted teamleader who guides and develops the service management team with its global Service Hubs in Belgium, Germany and Portugal to achieve excellence.
- The strategic planning is part of your exciting tasks, while you develop and implement (new) processes and service management strategies.
- You ensure that services meet business requirements (internal and external) and the guidelines are being followed.
- You have the responsibility for service delivery to support the customer (service requests, incident management, etc.).
- You take care of the quality management by monitoring and improving service quality and setting up comprehensive KPIs, service data and reporting structures which translate into continuous improvement.
- Budgeting, cost controlling and risk management are also part of your interesting position.
- As an experienced stakeholder manager it's easy for you to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and customer success.
- You evaluate, improve and implement (new) tools that increase efficiency, ie. telephony systems.
- You have a minimum of five years of professional experience in similar service roles.
- Your professional experience in a similar position covers at least one year.
- You achieved a university degree in engineering, IT, economics or similar with very good grades.
- Working in an international and multi-cultural environment excites you.
- Your good knowledge and experience in project management and respective planning as well as disposition of staff convince us.
- Your German and English skills (verbal and written) are very good, preferably knowledge of another language.
- Your knowledge of MS Office is excellent.
- You are ready to travel internationally in your new role.
