Deine Aufgaben

  • Führung und Coaching von crossfunktionalen Teams in agilen Methoden und Praktiken (vorwiegend SCRUM).
  • Unterstützung der Teams bei der Anwendung von SCRUM-Prinzipien und -Praktiken.
  • Moderation von SCRUM-Events wie Daily Stand-ups, Sprint-Planungen, Sprint-Reviews und Retrospektiven.
  • Identifizierung und Beseitigung von Hindernissen, die die Teamleistung beeinträchtigen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern, um sicherzustellen, dass die Produkt-Roadmap und das Backlog gepflegt und priorisiert werden.
  • Entwicklung und Pflege einer agilen Kultur durch Coaching, Training und Mentoring.
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der agilen Praktiken im Unternehmen.
  • Unterstützung bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung der Entwicklungsprozesse.

Das bringst du mit

  • Zertifizierung als SCRUM Master/ Agile Coach / Agile Lead oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in agilen Projekten und als SCRUM Master.
  • Erfahrung mit den Frameworks SAFe und LeSS.
  • Tiefes Verständnis von agilen Werten, Prinzipien und Praktiken.
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten.
  • Lösungsorientierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise.
  • Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen, schnelllebigen und internationalen Umfeld zu arbeiten.
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Vorhandene Reisebereitschaft zwischen unseren Standorten Konstanz und Stuttgart
