Agile Project Leader

As a Scrum Master Consultant, you will collaborate with our corporate clients in the automotive industry, playing a crucial role in shaping the technological transition towards a robust target platform, leveraging your valuable experience.

Responsibilities

Your role in our success:

  • Oversee the customization and enhancement of a client-specific SCRUM framework.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to eliminate obstacles for the Agile team and enhance their skills.
  • Promote innovative thinking within teams to meet objectives, while mentoring team members in their professional growth.
  • Foster collaboration and transparent communication within the team and stakeholders, adhering to Agile principles.
  • Advance Agile processes within the project and integrate them with traditional software development methodologies.
Qualifications

Your qualifications include:

  • A degree in computer science, business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, managing complex IT projects utilizing Agile frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Large Scrum / SAFe and Kanban methodologies is advantageous.
  • Experience in IT projects within a corporate environment, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with modern project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Atlassian, MS Teams, Zoom, Slack, Miro, etc.).
  • Excellent command of both German and English, written and spoken.
