Aufgaben
  • Sie übernehmen das Management der internen Kommunikation zur Förderung des Mitarbeiterengagements
  • Dabei entwickeln und implementieren Sie passende Kommunikationsstrategien und -pläne für die interne Kommunikation
  • Sie verfassen, bearbeiten und kuratieren Inhalte für verschiedene interne Kommunikationsplattformen (soziales Intranet) und stellen die einheitliche und markengerechten Tonalität sicher
  • Sie entwickeln unser soziales Intranet weiter und entwickeln und implementieren neue passende Formate (z. B. Bewegtbild, Podcast, etc...)
  • Außerdem unterstützen Sie bei der Organisation von internen Veranstaltungen, Events und internen Kommunikationsanlässen
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Kommunikationsstrategien deren Ziele unterstützen
  • Die Erstellung von Reden, Präsentationen und anderen Materialien für das Top-Management fällt ebenfalls in Ihren Aufgabenbereich
Qualifikation
  • Sie haben ein Bachelorstudium in den Bereichen Kommunikation, Marketing, Public Relations oder einem verwandten Bereich erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Sie können praxiserprobte Berufserfahrung (mindestens 2-3 Jahre) in der internen Kommunikation, vorzugsweise in einem internationalen Unternehmen oder in einer Kommunikationsagentur nachweisen
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit sozialen Intranet-Plattformen, wie Haiilo oder Staffbase runden Ihr Profil ab
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch ein gutes Gespür für Themen und wie man diese in verschiedenen Formaten umsetzt, z. B. Text, Bild, Video aus
  • Sie bringen ein modernes Verständnis und Leidenschaft für Kommunikationsarbeit auf Augenhöhe mit
  • Eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf allen Ebenen zeichnet Sie aus und Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch
