Als P&C Communications Manager (m/w/d) übersetzt du die P&C Strategie in ein nachhaltiges Kommunikationskonzept, welches das P&C Modell und unsere Angebote für alle Zielgruppen verständlich macht. Dabei führst du junge Talente und bildest sie im Rahmen von Volontariaten aus. Du engagierst dich zudem in der P&C Deutschland Community und in einem deutschlandweiten Netzwerk aus Kommunikatoren.

Verantwortlichkeiten | Das erwartet Dich

  • Du berätst den Country Catalyst ("Arbeitsdirektor") sowie alle P&C-Chapter ("Abteilungen") rund um das Thema Kommunikation und Change Management mit Schwerpunkt Deutschland. Dabei fokussierst du dich primär auf die strategische Beratung und Konzeption und übernimmst den Ausbildungsauftrag für Volontäre in diesem Bereich.
  • Du verantwortest die Redaktion von P&C Themen für die verschiedenen Kanäle, wie beispielsweise der monatliche Newsletter, Intranetseiten oder die Intranet News
  • Du berätst bei Pressestatements und der externen Positionierung den Arbeitsdirektor / Country Catalyst und bei Großprojekten die Projektteams in der Kommunikation und im Change Management.
  • Zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Positionierung des Arbeitsdirektor/Country Catalysts zum Themenkomplex "Arbeit & Soziales" erarbeitest du packende Kernbotschaften und analysierst auch das Vorgehen von Mitbewerbern. Es ist unser Ziel, Roche nachhaltig "as an employer of choice" zu positionieren und unser soziales Engagement zu betonen.
  • Du stimmst Dich zu den Botschaften auf sozialen Medien mit den entsprechenden Stakeholdern ab.

Qualifikationen | Das bringst du mit

  • Dein abgeschlossenes Studium der Kommunikationswissenschaften (oder vergleichbares) bildet zusammen mit Deiner mehrjährigen Berufserfahrung im Kommunikationsumfeld und/oder in P&C eine solide Basis.
  • In der Vergangenheit konntest du bereits als Kommunikations- oder Schnittstellenmanager großer Kampagnen oder Projekte Verantwortung übernehmen und hast gemerkt, dass hier deine Stärken liegen.
  • Du bist nicht nur für deine konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten und deinen souveränen Umgang mit Komplexität bekannt, auch agile Methoden haben in deinem Arbeitsalltag einen festen Platz.
  • Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Englisch und verfügst generell über sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Fingerspitzengefühl und politisches Geschick, um mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten und komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich und überzeugend zu vermitteln.
