Über die RolleFür unseren Standort in Sailauf bei Aschaffenburg suchen wir ab sofort eine/n Assistant German Tax im Rahmen der Elternzeitvertretung befristet für 2 Jahre (m/w/x).
Wonach wir suchen- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bringst einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office
- Organisierte, strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und Kommunikationsvermögen sowie souveränes Auftreten im Kontakt mit unterschiedlichen Schnittstellen setzen wir voraus
- Außerdem bringst Du eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit mit
Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie erste Berufspraxis als Assistent oder in der kfm. Sachbearbeitung
Deine Aufgaben- Erstellung von geschäftsüblicher Korrespondenz und Präsentationen in deutsch und englisch
- Korrespondenz mit anderen Abteilungen und Divisionen des Konzerns, Finanzämtern, Behörden etc.
- Terminkoordination und -verwaltung
- Führen des elektronischen Fristenkontrollbuches und Pflege der Stammdaten aller in- und ausländischer Konzerngesellschaften in DATEV/Infolog
- Reiseorganisation sowie Erstellung der Reisekostenabrechnung
- Bestellung und Aktualisierung der Fachliteratur
- Ablage von Steuerakten und -texten
- Allgemeine Sekretariatsarbeiten
- Je nach Kenntnis Sachbearbeitung (u.a. Unterstützung bei Quellensteueranmeldungen, Beantragung von Ansässigkeits- und Freistellungsbescheinigungen) und Übernahme von Projekten (z.B. Organisation der Inhouse Tax Schulung)
- Kontrolle des fristgemäßen Eingangs der Jahresabschlussberichte der deutschen Magna Gruppengesellschaften
- Überwachung der jährlichen Aktualisierung der Service Provisions Agreements
- Kontrolle externer Beraterkosten über ein Softwaretool
