**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Laboratory Assistant (m/f/d) - IT Support to join our team. The successful candidate will support teaching in the field of computer science, implement innovative teaching and research projects, and maintain and develop our IT infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Support computer science teaching and the implementation of innovative teaching and research projects on premise and in the cloud.
• Maintenance, operation, and development of the IT infrastructure to support IT-related degree programs.
• Creation of instructions, documentation, and materials in various media forms in German and English.
• Collaboration with German and international students and lecturers.
• Experience in the use of virtualization platforms (Proxmox) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable.
• Experience with programming and scripting languages (C++, Kotlin, JavaScript, or Python) is an advantage.
• Successfully completed training as an IT specialist or successfully completed university studies in computer science or a related subject with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• For foreign qualifications, a certificate evaluation from the ZAB (Central Office for Foreign Education) is required.
